The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Providing matchmaking services, including creating and managing your member profile
• Matchmakers use your profile information when recommending potential matches
• Communicating with you about service updates, event information, and important notices
• Improving our service quality and user experience
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements

3. Information Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and regular security audits. Your personal profile is never publicly displayed on the platform. Only after a matchmaker recommendation and your explicit consent can a potential match view your basic information.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With your consent, sharing your basic profile with matchmaker-recommended potential matches
• With third-party service providers who assist our operations (e.g., payment processors, email service providers)
• When required by law or by lawful government requests

Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

VEENI Malaysia provides premium matchmaking services through dedicated personal matchmakers. Our services include, but are not limited to: member registration, matchmaker consultations, one-on-one match recommendations, date arrangement follow-ups, and offline social events.

2. Membership Eligibility

To register with VEENI, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide truthful and accurate personal information
• Be currently single (unmarried, divorced, or widowed)
• Be genuinely seeking a long-term relationship

3. Fees and Payment

Registration is free. To access matchmaker services, a one-time membership fee (valid for 12 months) and per-introduction fees apply. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of SST. The membership fee is non-refundable. Per-introduction fees are charged after a matchmaker recommendation and mutual agreement to meet.

4. Code of Conduct

By using VEENI services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information
• Not impersonate others or provide false identity information
• Treat other members and the matchmaker team with respect
• Not use the platform for any illegal activities
• Protect the personal information of other members obtained through the service

5. Limitation of Services

As a matchmaking agency, VEENI provides match recommendation services but does not guarantee match outcomes. We make every effort to recommend suitable candidates, but the ultimate development of any relationship depends on both parties. We are not liable for interactions or relationship outcomes following a match.

6. Account Management

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. If you discover any unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the VEENI website and application (including text, images, designs, and trademarks) is protected by intellectual property law. No reproduction, modification, or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of VEENI services shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
